We get to count to ten twice before the activity becomes a throwing activity ::laugh:: Karisma https://www.blogger.com/profile/05985447036396190238noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8408998858933596919.post-57430948644791512382015-08-19T10:19:27.387-07:002015-08-19T10:19:27.387-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.gracefulfighttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01875374468866068651noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8408998858933596919.post-1451468861359628762015-08-19T10:19:22.746-07:002015-08-19T10:19:22.746-07:00I love your raspberries idea and how they help him...I love your raspberries idea and how they help him with the grasping/pinching skills and concentration - you're a wondermom!! He is still in the mouth exploration stage as I like to call it... but for some reason he hasn't tried to put these in his mouth. He is having a blast trying to pick off those little leaves though... and I have to stop myself from intervening. He is learning an even finer motor skill by doing that, I tell myself. Also, it is a real life application - cause don't we pick the leaves off of our fruit? =) Aloha. My almost one year old son is still very much at the stage of putting everything in his mouth, so I think I'll have to hold off until he's a bit older before I try something similar.
